This 3-day adventure takes you to the summit of Mount Rinjani (3,726m) via the scenic Torean Route, known for its lush green valleys, natural hot springs, and breathtaking ridgeline views. The trek is ideal for adventure seekers looking for a challenging but rewarding experience.
Day 1: Senaru – Torean Village – Sembalun Crater Rim (2,639m)
Start Trekking:
Begin at Torean Village (750m).
Hike through lush rainforests, passing small rivers and waterfalls.
Enjoy lunch near Panas Waterfall, known for its hot springs.
Continue towards Sembalun Crater Rim (2,639m), where you'll set up camp.
Sunset View: Enjoy the sunset over Segara Anak Lake and prepare for an early summit push.
Day 2: Summit (3,726m) – Segara Anak Lake (2,000m) – Hot Springs
02:00 AM: Early morning start for the Rinjani Summit.
Summit Push:
3–4 hours challenging hike on loose volcanic sand.
Reach the summit for a breathtaking sunrise with panoramic views of Lombok, Bali, and Sumbawa.
Descent to Crater Lake:
After breakfast, descend to Segara Anak Lake (2,000m).
Enjoy swimming and soaking in the natural hot springs to relax sore muscles.
Explore & Relax: Free time at the lake, lunch at camp.
Trek to Torean Camp: Short hike to set up camp for the night.
Day 3: Torean – Senaru – Drop-off
Breakfast & Final Descent:
Trek back through Torean Trail, passing scenic waterfalls and dense forest.
Stop at Penimbungan Waterfall, one of the tallest in Lombok.
Finish at Torean Village:
Lunch at a local restaurant.
Transfer back to your hotel or airport.
Build your stamina with regular cardio and strength exercises to ensure a smoother trekking experience.
